Ordering Oshkosh Forum Recordings

Recordings of forums presented at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 1997 through the current year are listed by year. Just click on the year desired in the column to the left. For an index to years 1972 through 1996, click on "Prior Years" at the bottom of the column.

Once the list of forums has opened, you can use the search capability of your browser to find the subject or speaker you want. If you can't find the forum you're looking for, call or e-mail us and we can probably find the forum of interest. We provide personal service to customers all over the world!

To order, provide the year and the number found in the Forums List.

Beginning with EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2003, forums are recorded digitally. As part of that Forum Recordings technology upgrade and decline in the demand for cassette recordings, your forum recordings will come on CDs. We no longer supply recordings on the traditional audio cassettes.

Because of the technology upgrade, we can supply recordings on CDs in MP3 format for years 2003 and later if requested.

Recordings will be sent as an audio CD
if your order does not specify that you want them in MP3 format.
During the order process, specify "MP3" in the "Message to Seller" section.

Please provide your e-mail address with your order. Often we need to contact our customers for one reason or another regarding their order and e-mail is an excellent way to do it.

Prices:

CD, single session: $10.00; double session: $14.00 (marked $)

MP3, single or double session: $10.00 if only one forum is ordered; $9.00 if multiple forums are ordered

Handling is $1. (PayPal adds it automatically.)

Note: Credit cards are accepted only if you use PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. There is no cost to you for using PayPal.

• Review the Forum Lists and write down the Year and the Forum Number for recordings you want.
• Calculate the total cost of the recordings (don't include the handling fee) from the information above.
• Click the link below and you will be taken to the PayPal form on a secure PayPal page. (This page is shown as the "Your order summary" image below.)
• If you want your recordings in MP3 format, enter "MP3" in the "Enter Description" box. If you want CD recordings, skip to next step.
• Enter the Year and Forum Number (Example: 2011: 123, 456 2005: 681 Friday) in the "Enter description" box.
• Enter the total amount as the Item price (don't include the handling fee).
• Ignore the "Quantity" (it will read "1").
• Log in to PayPal.
• In the "Message to Seller" box (this is on a page after you log in), enter any additonal information, instructions, or messages helpful in processing your order.

This information will become your order to Forum Recordings. You'll be able to review it before you pay.

• Review the Forum Lists and select the forums you want.
• Enter the year and number of each recording you want. The quantity will be assumed to be one if not specified.
• Specify whether you want your forums supplied in CD or MP3 format.
• Provide any special information, instructions, or messages.
• Calculate the total cost from the information above. Include $1 per order for handling.

Personal checks in U.S. Dollars are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted in payment for orders by mail. You may, however, order through PayPal and pay with your credit card.
